What a wonderful response for Phx's first event.  A very nice mix of Hobbyist and Providers who have responded so far.....

Just a few details not published yet.......

The event will be in a nice secluded meeting room enviroment....it will be a non smoking event and there will be a area smokers can go to when the urge hits....

There will be Security at the Door and you must be on the Invite List to gain entry into the event.......

A cash bar will be available at the event........

Dress is casual and/or casual business...........

Once again here is the criteria to be on the invite list................................

If a Hobbyist you must submit your TER handle along with one TER provider reference........

If a Provider you must submit your TER handle and have at least one review posted...........

We will answer emails up until Wednesday night at midnight.....after that to gain entry into the event you will need to contact one of the three host of the event and be cleared by that respective host.......
