Holli's pictures and reviews of her trip to DC got my attention. Suggests she is from Phoenix but I cannot find how to contact her here.  Any help appreciated.

She is normally under the radar of sorts. While I have seen her before I'm not at liberty to give out any info (sorry).

How UTR can she be if she has a web-site with contact info and nude pics.
Saying you know her but can't help, really seems to bekind of rude; bragging in a way. Maybe better to not respond at all than to tease.

If someone is UTR then they have a reason/desire to restrict contact information. I understand exactly why he (or I) can't won't give out that info. However by posting he's letting the guy know the person does exist...no one wants to be chasing a ghost.

I just clicked onto the link at the top of this thread and saw nude photos of Holli and a contact number.  

How UTR is that?

I am like fairly new to the hobby and I for one who like to see Holli in person. You can put me on the list for finding her.

Actually there are a number of providers who are under the radar in thier own state because of FAMILY and FRIENDS in that state and when they go on a trip to work someplace else there are up on web sites and pictures up. There are quite a few providers that are that way and many are here as well as there are ones that come here and have pic's up and don't in the state they or family reside in. I also know of a couple providers who when them come here they don't advertise but see clients and have lot's of web coverage were they live. People sometimes like discreation even providers.
The intent of saying she is local and confirming it was just to say that the web site that was being looked at was accurate.

Greenlight - with only one public review, it'll be tough to get guys to open up to you about UTR ladies like this. If you have some other board reviews or many solid references, I'd encourage you to get in touch with Jackson. Otherwise you should look at seeing some other well known ladies to build up your references.

I didn't take occularblues reply as rude. Just stating the facts, and that I can live with.  Maybe I'll just have to wait for her next tour to DC and arrange my travels accordingly.  Thanks again to all for the follow-up.

I presume providers who want to stay UTR tell their clients not to post reviews, but if a guy doesn't get the word, she can always ask TER to pull her reviews.

TER is very prompt about pulling reviews and letting a lady stay as private as possible.

Not to be discrimintory but if guys have a number of posts and I have several providers vouch for them I have gone to UTR's and said someone has an interest and then tried to hook people up. A number of guys do that. We are not cold hearted. Some of the UTR's have enough clientele and will say if they want more. If I say I'm not going to give out info or post I'm true to my word. If they just want to be protected I take the other precautions. That sort of stuff can take time and I don't always have it.
Also of note. there are a good number of really wonderful girls who are out in the open and have allot of reviews who I have had a great time with. Some TER will only let me post once on but I have seen a number of times. For some of the newbies I would suggest getting some reviews under your belt and enjoy the local open tallent and frequently they have friends that are UTR for variety and it's not long before you network and onece you do things can be quite nice. However there are some days you couldn't hook up if you had a million bucks. Sometimes it's all about timing.
