We make it VERY clear on our rates page that the flat rates include a 'BASIC TIP' (" include all of the styles of massage and services offered with a basic tip included") and that the type of services offered vary from therapist to therapist ("Because each of our therapists have different personalities, styles and training, we each offer different services* with our Flat Rate Sessions. Some are able to provide more variety than others. A basic tip is included with all of the rates below").

Some of us offer all of our services for the flat rate and others upsell for more 'extensive' services. At no time do we try to give the impression that FS is part of the flat rates.

You know, I have been to your site.
I see that you have set up a one fee structure for service.
Now that makes me nervous, your take a big chunk of cash up front and I am led to think I am going to get FS along with the massage service. Problem is that I think that I will be upsold when my clothes are off. I hate negotiating when I am naked.

I forgot to mention that no matter what the rates are there is no guarantee of FS in most MP's... or some other services :o)

I've visited A Touch of Heaven quite a few times during the last two years, but not as much as I'd like to this last year (been kinda rough for me).

I really haven't kept track of how many visits, but every visit has been very great and left me more than satifisied. It's kind of a long drive out to Cave Creek road for me, so I've definately tried other massage parlors closer and they've pretty much left me disappointed after spending time with Brandy and Malissa at ATOH. They are soooo nice and good at what they do that I even leave feeling guilty that I didn't pay enough.
