Hello my fellow Phoenicians! It has been a while since I've posted, I've been busy traveling east to visit my family and most especially, my son. I'm sorry I haven't been around much, but it'll get better.

I wanted to extend my deepest wishes for a happy, joyous holiday season to each and every one of you. I know the holidays can be very hard for many people and the suicide rate triples during the holidays. I hope each of you will try to find the beauty in this holiday season and balance it with any bad memories or feelings you may associate with the next month and a half. However, if you find yourself sinking into any sort of depression, please don't hesitate to call me if you just need someone to listen or hold you. I have spent many years studying psychology and I'd be happy to act as an ear or someone to bounce pain off of.

That said; to all of you I wish a bountiful Thanksgiving, joyous Chuanaka, and/or Merry Christmas and a beautiful Kwanza. It matters not what we each celebrate, only that we do so with love and wonder in our hearts and joy in our souls.

I look forward to spending time with each and every one of you in the coming months and remember, I'm here for you to relax and unwind and enjoy some conversation and touch therapy!
