Today I was watching a show where they showed the newest in plastic surgery and rejuvenation. I was amazed to hear about something totally new called the G-shot. I will not go into this further, but read about this and you will be amazed.
Time for me to be in constant arousal and try it. Here I come LA

To be honest I don't like too big needles, but I am not so worried about the pain, I am in fact sure it will give me great pleasure in more than one way. Your "office" is so far away though

Anna, my dentist is in that building...seems all they do is work on cavities 
I would be glad to take you in for your procedure. I can schedule a dental cleaning at the same time that day. On the way back we can take a bumpy road and test out your doctor's handiwork.
I will have to make a note of the women getting off (exiting ;-0) on the 4th floor.
Aren't you the luckiest guy on earth? I can visualize you making several appointments a month, to do all kind of procedures at your dentist, just to see what is going on the fourth floor...lol.
Let's take one of your really cool cars and what is better than getting off in one of those on that bumpy road. Maybe the new Jaguar XK
