Would anyone, hobbyist or provider, care to give their opinion on what criteria might be used to determine when a provider could be considered "well known and respected"?

Any providers who don't promise more than they can deliver, who maintain a clean and safe environment, who serve their clients with enthusiasm and a genuine concern for their clients having a wonderful experience, and who are interested, passionate, and generous instead of indifferent, inattentive and a clock watcher, are destined to be well known and respected.

And destined to be on my list.

I would think a lady could be characterised as "well known and respected" when a number of folks know and respect her...that's really just a guess though.
