I'm not sure what cell provider you have, but usually an outgoing call will only show the number you're dialing. I would suggest calling your cellular provider just in case. Never know if who ever pays the bill makes random calls just to make sure it's being used for business purposes only.

I was considering calling one of the agencies, but am concerned about if phone bill would only show phone number or if the business name would appear.  Having a company cell for calls, means I must be carfull on what shows up on the bill.  Any feedback would be welcome.  Thx in advance.

On my (Sprint) phone, when I call voicemail one of the menu options is "to place a call..." If I do so, my bill just shows a very long call to v.m. However, many agencies and almost all indies don't answer blocked calls, which is how this shows, so expect to leave a message and wait for a callback.

but if they call back... their number and possibly description will show, right?  I would just use a pay phone if you're really worried about it.

Get a prepaid cell with cash and pay as you go with cash.  No paper trail, no hassle at work = a win win.

I think that cell bills only show phone numbers, but if you were to call us and our company name happened to show up, it would be something completely different than Club TLC, either a bogus person's name or a bogus company name that deals with computer support. Either way, you're covered!
