Again, nothing wrong with Chandler ... but this time of year are the TOP weeks for the hotel business.  Spring Training, great weather, some spring breaks, conventions, conventions, ... EVERYONE wants to come to the Valley.

Hi all,
Sorry to bother but I have a serious question. I have waited to book my hotel for this week in hopes of finding a deal less than $250 or $300 a night. The only deals I am seeing are in Chandler. I would love some honest advice on this because I want to make sure I am in a decent location so I don't have tons of cancellations. Any thoughts? Thanks and play safe:)

Phoenix MetroCenter is reasonable and very safe.  PM for info.

but its a haul from the N Scottsdale area. Chandler hotels also have a reputation for initiating "stings"....they will call Chandler PD if they peg you as a "working gal" {multiple warnings here on TER last year on this}. All in all I think you'd be better off paying more elsewhere....

Might try Hotwire.com.  Or Priceline.com.  Good luck.
