PS....TER takes the integrity of its data seriously ..... when games get played (Mystique USA had NOTHING to do with any of this garbage) TER does it's best to clean itself.  We have our flaws....but try our best.....happy hobbying.

Just one attribute that has lead you to the top for our town and cemented your place as an invaluable resource. TER is the place to check for the safe and rewarding  pursuit of our hobby. Your recent dealings with the current problem  as well as other less publicized issues has earned a new level respect and admiration.

Thanks staff for your efforts in researching, resolving and informing all parties.  We are all quick to point out system flaws and often take for granted the working parts. Most important is the consideration you’ve shown us, the member community, with this follow up.

I watched the threads that were speaking of the ban and decided to be quiet and wait as I had my reviews pulled after I got busted in San Diego.  I had informed TER of my arrest and charge, but then after a few days my reviews were gone.  I e-mailed a few times with no reply.  What happened was I worked extra hard at that time to secure attorney fees.  I met two first time writers, did not know they were "first timers" in every sense of the word, but to this day I have never had that many reviews in one month.  It was good but still, served as Murphy's law situation for me.  I still was not getting any feedback from TER after numerous attempts.  Then apparently I recieved a review from a man with long history.  Then I got a call from someone at TER and he let me explain what happened.  The trap was really my responsability as I had not done a screening due to cancellations and trying to salvage the expense of an incall location that day.  Stupid on my part.  The person I spoke to listened and promptly restored my active status.  I really appreciated his diligence in protecting the community first while at the same time not dismissing me as just one little bug in this microcosm.

I cannot imagine what the allegations were ... after seeing a lady from mystique, I never went anywhere else.  I have never seen a bad review of a mystique lady.  But I am definitely an amateur-level hobbyist, so what do I know ...

Jack is a class act..all the way.  The girls are beautiful and the service is always more than expected.  Jack you know if you ever need a hand with these boneheads let me know.  In the meantime I'm waiting for the next mixer..I agreed to supply the booze remember??
