Your might want to search Cassie on the Craigs List B4 you call this one.

Her phoenix ad says she is from Oregon, but there is no review history there.  A little googling and I found ads on SF redbook and Eros SF.  One time she is named Cassie, and the other time she is named Heather.  She's got a ton of ads on CL Phoenix, and there is one vague mention that she is a rip-off, but no details.

SF Redbook has two single sentence reviews on her.
