Victoria's anti-Bush post below reminded me of a discussion recently overheard among some providers.  They were sharing war stories about experiences with ass play, both as catchers and pitchers.  They wondered what step (if any) the ladies who do Greek frequently take in order to reduce the chances of, uh, shall we say, a messy/stinky outcome.

That led to the next question:  Should a guy who intends to ask for some digital or toy stimulation take any such steps himself before the session?

That led to yet another question:  What can one actually do, that is safe and healthy to do on a regular basis, to assure that one's bum is fresh as a daisy?

This is, of course, a topic that will probably be answered utilizing a lot of aliases, WHICH IS FINE!  Just share your honest thoughts and/or suggestions.

OK, as someone who enjoys giving I will answer your questions.

Normally having a good BM and being well showered and squeaky clean on the outside before you meet up for play is perfect. However, if you're one of those who enjoys more intense play (fisting, large toys, etc.) I highly recommend using a Fleet enema before doing so.

I don't think that anyone's bum is ever going to be able to compete with a daisy but if you really want to be super clean inside you can go for a colonic...they usually like you to have a series of them to totally purge. After that, be sure to get lots of 'roughage' in your diet to keep the pipes from backing up ;o)
