and we have to be careful telling him how to run his business, Phoenix is so lucky to have this format for all of us most places do not have this sort of site available. i can see everyones point of view. As a provider on 411 I want it to stay safe. I feel that for me I would not be as safe having to reference with new providers that are on CL due to the fact of limited reviews and the possible connection to LE.and or Pimps. One solution would be to not allow the new girls to post on both sites if they want to be on 411 no CL connection. Another one could be like Rowan mentioned a waiting period to earn several positive reviews so we provider would know they were safe to share information with such as references. The guy's should understand that if we get even one bad apple out there it could bring us all down.Infiltration of 411 could ruin everything for all of us. I do not have all the answers I hate that this feels like segreration against the new girls trying to get started but I can see the point of the providers that are leary. The TER guys can help by using the boards and letting us know who's doing a good service. In the end it is Glen's final say and I know he will do what is fair.Victoria
I'm sure many know of Phx 411 abroad other than hobbyist and providers. I think it really boils down to what you tapped on as far as being associated with class vs CL girls. Glenn's site is classy and I can't see why any girl who is on Glenn's site would have a need to post on CL. Let me remind you the girl you mentioned in your post, Rowan (the independant one) still utilizes CL with her most recent post on 10/05. Her reviews would indicate that she is not a bad apple but yet is advertising on both places. Let me also add that Phx Backpage is probably a poor site as well to advertise which again is utilized by Rowan. But the perspective is from any girl who advertises on CL and backpage, maybe they feel that they should be on Phx411 because others advertise there as well who are on Phx411. You have to make it a level playing field. I would never see a CL girl or any Phx411 girl who also uses CL. Never know what kind of "hobbyist" you are attracting from (what I would classify as)rogue advertising sites such as CL and backpage.
I already know the list of hobbyist names (unless they use an alias)who will come to the defense of CL but Mya hit it on the head in her post below "I think it is better to leave your diamond in the rough alone. You know sometimes the rough edges never buff smooth".
Also, "busting your nut" is one thing but with CL you also take more chances of getting more than just a bust in your nuts.

To clarify why I post on CL and Backpage, I do recieve the more distinct gentlemen from those sites that are willing to endure my screening process and are willing to pay my high price!
So there are men out there that do use CL and Backpage as venues for lack of knowledge,,and they are VERY classy upscale men!
I know many other providers who go from time to time and post in those places as well. If you look closesly to those sites you will find many successful providers use or have started there..
It is not a bad place, just full of drama, and garbage...you best be sure that you have your references checked out with KNOWN providers not other CL girls. NO ONE can be stupid with reference checking anywhere!
I do actually only see a few clients a month from THOSE sites! I do advertise in 13 other venues also!
So with that said, CL and backpage are venues, they do NOT reflect the woman,,
There are just more Drama Queens and ROBS on there! But isnt that the point of this site to look at reviews FIRST, before making appointments!
What my quote was: I think that it is an "earned" site, and only those who truely deserve it should be allowed to be on there,,maybe there should be a time limit of a year to see if you are really going to stay in the business.
This keeps those who have been dishonest and have been kicked off of TER and other sites loose the status of being reputable.
For instance, if the are new and/or cannot keep reviews on TER,, why would we trust them to be reputable?
