With reference to #4, I can certainly understand how a lady's "friend" might show up unexpectedly the day of the appointment, especially if the appointment had been made some time beforehand. It is appropriate, however, for the lady to contact the gentleman to tell him of same prior to the meeting and to then decide how they might wish to proceed. Nothing more frustrating than to shag your ass over for an incall only to discover this matter after you arrived. You are also correct about e-mails, phone calls and no shows. There seems to be an ever increasing number of ladies who are not very good about returning e-mail or phone contacts. While there are a host of reasons why a lady might not be able to keep an appointment ( some legitimate and some not) there is no reason why a simple phone call can't be made to inform the gentleman about the change in plans. I still wish that TER would provide some mechanism to catalogue the providers who do this (no shows) on a regular basis. In the absence of same, I would encourage all hobbyists to report this behavior on these boards so that we can get a handle on which providers are notorious for same.
Ok so for the most part Im a lurker, dont post much, but lately Ive felt the need to speak up a little more now that Ive been around long enough to know quite a bit. In not as active with the providers as Id like to be, but its due to time and privacy concerns, not money. So take this with a grain of salt as it doesnt apply to everyone and overall Im quite happy with the local scene. These are observations of my own and a few other fellas that I know. Here is my wish list for 2005
Providers that:
1)return emails/phone calls-obvious gripe that is getting more common 2)have an email address that is valid as some of us like to break the ice with an informal email exchange instead of a phone call 3)post new pics and/or bio info once a year or if you have changed your appearance i.e. weight gain, weight loss, breast enhancement, tattoos, piercings etc... most guys initally contact you based on the photos and information provided. its a let down when we see otherwise at the time of the appt. major props to jordan and debbie for keeping us up-to-date on a constant basis 4)do not schedule an appt if its during your cycle-ugh, total turn off, at least give us the option 5)run specials once in awhile-not everyone can afford some of you, and trust me, if youre worth your normal price they WILL come back for more later at your regular price 6)keep your appts-im surprised i hear about this as much as i do, happened to me for the first time the other day. offer the courtesy of an apology and explanation and perhaps a discount to make up for it. word spreads fast about not keeping an appt. we all make mistakes. what you do to make up for it speaks volumes. 7)keep your incall location clean-how disappointing when someone shows up and its a mess. especially if youre like most providers and charge more for outcall. if we had known the place was not tidy we would gladly spend the extra jack for the comfort of our own place 8)be more active on the boards-it gives us a chance to know you better and feel more comfortable before making an appt. mya is best at this! im certain she gets numerous extra appts just because we know her
Again, keep in mind these are observations of a small number of gentlemen who are active but dont post much. None, some or all of these talking points may or may not apply to you. But its pure honesty that you maybe havent read before. Its not directed at any single person or agency. Flame on if you must.
Now I need to get off my butt and finally make appts with Debbie and Mya. What is taking me so long to do this?!
