Since Starr is on a Vacation I have no provider references available. I have seen other providers besides Kelly of PHXGirls.com, but ALL of them are retired and I am unable to contact any of them. This is very frustrating for a hobbyist like myself. I only see a provider like twice a year most of the time. So as providers come and go this keeps being an issue for me. Also because of my job, I am trully unable to verify myself using any methods that require anyone to contact my employer. Anyone else have these issues? Also, I do not wish to see most of the providers in the valley that would not require any kind of references. lol Arrrrrhhhhh! Any ideas?

Dont they need to contact your employer though. That is the real hurdle I am having trouble getting over. When I meet a provider in person and tell her who my employer is, they completely understand. So frustrating, because I understand completely why hobbyist need to be checked out.
There are multiple ways p411 and datecheck verify their members. Don't have to use employers. The methods are listed in their site.

I faxed them a copy of my latest pay record (I whited out my SSN and income info) from one of my employers fax machines so it was time stamped with their name on it. Since then I have received yearly increases in my salary and getting appointment approvals with P411 providers is practically effortless. So, be careful...this could happen to you, too.
I would suspect that if P411 used phone verification with your employer they would call your work phone #, ask for you and identify themselves as something innocuous like, "this is ABC Auto Service Center, could I speak with Mr. sacs4010, please?", arousing no suspicion.

...think outside of the box. Unless you work for the CIA or NSA I highly doubt that your employer would link any random fax from your office to P411 to you specifically. We all have reasons to keep our ID concealed. Are you looking for a reason to fail or a reason to succeed at your goal?
This is all cool until one day the Fed's or State LE raid one of these clearing houses and get all the lists of honarable Jons....
hiddenhills, don't those require calling his place of work, which is a problem for him? I'm in a slightly different situation- I'm self-employed and work from home. I remember that when I looked into those, they didn't look like they'd work out for me.
sacs, other than the job, my story is about the same as yours. The 20-something, lower price range providers who see you with screening usually aren't a big help- they're gone the fastest, and often don't want to bother providing references anyway. The mid-range providers who don't require references but will give them are a shrinking crowd now it seems.
I have never written reviews or posted in the forums because I didn't like the idea of leaving a trail. I decided it's the best now because so many are gone or can't remember me at this point. I don't expect it to be an instant thing, but over time, having a history and getting whitelisted should eventually do the trick.

It does sound like your long term solution is one of these sites. Getting there from here is going to be the tough part.
I have been a member of both sites and I prefer P411. I am self employed and when I started hobbying I found P411 very responsive in dealing with my non-standard situation. They seem to be very committed to making certain that you are a legitimate client and are understanding that not everyone can be verified through traditional methods. I would recommend contacting them and seeing if you can work something out. That's what I did.
Both sites accept provider references as well, so worst case you may need to wait until Starr returns from her vacation. At least that will provide you with a long term solution.
I did sign up for a free trial with Date-Check which they offer if you have seen one of their members. My preference for P411 stems from the fact that I like working with their website much better than Date-Check's, in addition to the interactive service that P411 provided.

Either one but I prefer P411 over Date-Check I like P411 layout better.Contact P411 on the phone they are very helpful and have many options to help you get verified and become a member.There have been guys who are retired or self-employed who had the same concerns as you they were able to get membership through P411.
Once you get a membership to either one of these sites your search for providers and being able to set up an appointment will become a lot easier for you.

I don't get why everybody seems so comfortable with date check or P411. One day the Fed's or local LE are going to raid one of these clearing houses and make a lot of guys balls suck up to their eyeballs worrying about it. I understand caution - but its a two way street. I'm happy to show drivers lic, busines card, or any form of ID directly to the provider but never will I give personal information to some service that keeps it in a log file......
