Obviously it doesn't apply to everyone, but I always shiver a little when I see an email come in from someone's work address.

Call me paranoid. :)

Yahoo and Hotmail offer free web email.  I highly recommend them.  :)

I can absolutely confirm there is not one key stroke you make that cannot be tracked!

If employees have to fear that every keystroke is being monitored - that every stray web surfing will be examined - that preliminary concepts or outlines or brainstorms willbe scrutinized even if they are just to intended to stir the crreative process - then organizations only have themselves to blame when new product design is bland, when originality is in decline, when innovation has to be purchased because those who break through the silos and vault over the moats of traditional thinking leave the "Big Brother" corporations.
