Exactly but there are so few real "trafficking" i.e. forced they could not get grant funding of all the anti and Christian groups behind the nationwide "pretend victim" campaign.
There are real bad cases but few and real pimps may have guns that go bang vs innocent private consenting adults. In Canada which follows a harm reduction model LE devotes their resources going after real underage and forced pimps not pretend ones.
