Consider adding 0.5 increments for reviews,ie  7.5, 8.5 ,9.5.  It may be splitting hairs (or is it spitting hairs?)  but with so many reviews help is needed in sorting out the next contestant! Small increments for those of us with small implements

The ladies have a white list, let the gents have a Hot List. They can list the very best that they recommend.  

On the new review page list  the ladies aggregate scores and even number of reviews.  Let the hobbyist sort through the information faster and get to the ladies of most interested.  Consider adding a "TER friend"  star next to the ladies name on that list. That would be for ladies with a certain minimum number of reviews  and set  minimum aggregate score.

Soo many reviews it is getting harder to make an informed choice. The casual hobbyist needs the help

A couple ideas jump out at me:

1) A way to save common searches so you don't have to repeatedly fill out all the fields.

2) A separate forum for rants and drama.  

to cut back on squabbling:

count any post that has a link to a provider's website as an ad and apply the 7 day rule.


to cut back on shiling:

dont allow guys to post links to providers websites.
if they want to tout a provider, they need to pay for a session and submit a review.


fairly easy to implement without subjecting staff to a bunch of work or a system overhaul. everyone knows that strategic link placement is paramount to successful online marketing so take away the ability to use them excessively or needlessly.
