You are in luck, there are so many great options for both providers and golf, there is literally something for everybody.
Not knowing your preference in women, I can't really make any recommendations, but you should have no trouble finding a great provider, we have many exceptional ladies.
Golf is a whole other matter! I recommend getting on Golfnow.com and doing a little research. I can make a few recommendations, and you are also welcome to msg me directly.
Legacy is hands down the best bang for the buck in my opinion, everyone I have taken there has loved it. I believe that it may recently have been rated as the top public course in AZ.
Camelback Golf Club is one of my favorites, Ambiente is a beautiful desert track and Padre is a very nice resort course. Their practice facility is one of the best in the valley.
Las Sendas is a gorgeous course, also one of my top favorites.
Quintero is a bit of a drive, but it is a beautiful course and the scenery is stunning.
Raven is a fun and very forgiving course, the pine trees in a desert landscape are a trip. I don't play here very frequently because it is close to Legacy and I would typically prefer playing there.
Papago is also a nice course, and is now the home course for the ASU golf team. Along with Legacy, it has been considered to be one of the top public courses in AZ.
Ocotillo is a fun course with so much water you will forget that you are in the desert.
There are over 200 golf clubs in the greater Phoenix area, and most of them are at least decent. You don't have to spend the $$ on TPC or Greyhawk to get an exceptional round of golf, though clearly they are great options. With a little research you will have some great rounds during your stay.
