I've seen other boards make rules to enable a community heal itself.  Maybe you can do the same here.

It might be wise to stop questioning comments made on a lady, whether it's a shill or not. If she wants to give out freebies, it's her business to do so.  I've rarely seen an instance in time when a man came to me saying: "I saw you because I read on the board "so-and-so said you were awesome"  I do however hear: "I read your reviews".

Most men work hard for their money, they research and decide for themselves.  A shill usually won't make someone see a lady unless he was going to anyway.  I believe most posts made in a ladies favor are for the posters sake, rather than the ladies.  He's exhilerated he saw her and wants to celebrate and maybe brag a bit to the boys.  

It might be a good idea to make a rule regarding flames and attacks. I suggest you ignore it and/or ask the moderator XXXXX out the attackers words.  If someone isn't successful in attacking another, in time they lose interest and leave.  There are usually only a few people who are behind the trouble.  

Every board goes through cycles.  Here's a start... good luck folks.  

Yah, we do seem to draw alot of atention from other boards, lol. Sort of like the neighbors you WANT to have at the BBQ, but hate listening to when they are bickering.

I think your comment about message board posts vs. reviews as the reason a guy may elect to see a particular woman has some validity.

But, the message board post draws attention to the woman and if a guy likes the post, he should consider reading her reviews before deciding. If she doesn't have reviews (or an ample number of reviews), then the reputation of the poster carries some weight. I won't venture to guess how much of a cause and effect there is here, though.

I travel to different areas for work assignments every six months or so, so I do more than a casual look at many different regional boards.  PHX is by far the most troubling when it comes to overall negative vibe and useless  information.  Some people have attempted to put a more scientific spin on analyzing this recently, and I applaud that effort.  My observation is just more of a general feel.  Just seems very negative overall, and it is a few select providers that actually seem to be at t he root of it, not that there is not a little blame to go around for everyone.  I really don't think the alias thing helps much, but I don't think removing it would change a whole lot.  No answers besides banning a few people, just a general observation from someone with no agenda, I will be gone in a few months and onto another board.  The one thing I will say, Phoenix has some of the most beautiful and talented providers I've ever had the privelege of meeting.  Most of them you don't see much of on this board, and if they are mentioned, the poster is accused of shilling anyway.  Oh well back to the review section to glean some useful info.

I have checked the boards for other cities that I regularly visit.  LOTS of 'coming soon ...', 'where do I find ...', 'who is the best at ...', types of posts.  Phoenix seems to have a lot of sniping and jealously going on more than the others but it cums in waves.  

Guess that is the price you pay when you're in the city with so many beautiful ladies who play.

I said in my post it was a general overall feel, not an analysis. Actually, I don't post alot, just look to the boards and reviews for info.  I have frequented the Wash D.C. and Seattle boards in the last year or so, and the general demeanor on there was much more pleasant.  I do not have a scientific analysis with references and footnotes to back that up, just my general feel for things.  From what I've gathered, I'm not alone in feeling that way.  I could try to make you look like a bitter/angry person with a chip on their shoulder that grabbed ahold of my comment when you were never referred to in it - but I don't need to, you've done a great job of that yourself.

The ladies I know aren't Jealous of one another, they have the same idea as plenty of business to go around....We seem to share references without hesitation.

I don't know why when a post is shared that some feel the need to knock one another around rather than support or just good old plaine dialog...contributing in a positive way...seems it turns out being a negative.

My true thoughts are that what your "self-outing" really amounts to is nothing more than pure BULLSHIT! You and the rest of the herd of old DFCs can't stand the thought of someone - especially one younger and newer - getting kudos for a job well done and have to question why a guy would make a shill post.

Living in California and traveling to Phoenix often gives me the reason to read the boards in Phoenix. This board is one of the few I read that always seems to have drama.It cracks me up. Making issues out of nothing,acting as if this is a serious deal. Funny thing is that the drama usually circles around the same few. There is the occasional new drama queen, but more often than not the drama queens of Phoenix are always alive and well. Whenever I am bored I read the Phoenix boards to see what the queens are whinning or who they are whinning about now. Can't beat the entertainment for the price. Now I know,it will be my turn to get the claws. Oh well!It should make for entertainment for someone els.bjn

I haven't followed this board to know the dynamics.  I did hear there was trouble here so I was hoping to create a positive dialogue.

And, I'm a provider, not a hobbyist.  I truly hope everyone can keep this a hobby, have some fun and try to make every day exciting and interesting.

In my humble view, there is too much poor communication on this board.

There is a good book called Send: The Essential Guide to Email for Office and Home by David Shipley and Will Schwalbe. If folks on here viewed these posts like email and reread them before posting, we all might understand each other better and have less drama.

I was hoping that people reading this would see for themselves the drama on this board. It seems Your name appears all thru this board with all types of men and women. I do not know why you have to have an issue with everything, either with someones posting, comments etc. If you remove all annabang's comments creating drama with so many things there would be very few drama issues here. That is only my observation and obviously others. Just take a moment and scroll down the boards posting of comments and see how many are Annabangs. Just an onlooker taking a look.
