Celibacy will make you certain.  Any other answer will be less than certain.  There are behaviors you can avoid that will reduce your risk.  Based on a lot of reviews I read, it seems that relatively few avoid those behaviors.  Throw another round into the chamber, give it a good spin and slap it shut.  Who is next?

There are no assurances on either side...so the best you can do is play safe or not play at all...sorry, that's probably not the answer you were looking for but it's the only answer that there is.

As for Nevada's specific rules...that's only in the brothels...in the counties where it's legal, and though there is no record of it happening, the rules are far from fool-proof and things could get past the testing and regulations.

As for myself i get tested once a month, and most hobbiests i know do it evry three or so. If your not then i think you should start. Its only good manners after all.
As for the ladies, most of them i know get tested alot more often then the average hobbiest.

I believe that to work in a Nevada brothel a provider has to provide said brothel with a complete medical make up.  For a provider to TOUR in the Las Vegas area, she only needs to bring herself and her protection.

Research man.  Do your research not only about the provider but also as to what a variety of STD's look like.  Yes, there are silent killers, but then research the provider.  The vast majority of us are tested regularly and have no desire to die due to an occupational choice we have made.  

Logic my dear Watson.  Use it.  Use your instinct as well - if it's not seeming right then perhaps you should stay away.

Then you have nothing to worry about.

If you don't know how to play in the street then stay out of the traffic.

I can't answer for everyone here however I would think most girls do regular checks and actually I think they do it much more often than girls that you find in bars.
I have never heard anyone in the hobby (hobbyist or provider)catching anything, but in 'real' life I do hear it sometimes.
