The resort industry is big in Phoenix, and a good deal of it is centered along Scottsdale Road. The resort strip starts at Scottsdale Fashion Square and extends northward into the desert. As was also mentioned, the Biltmore Area is good, with one strip starting at 24th St & Camelback and continuing eastward into Scottsdale, and another along Lincoln Drive in Paradise Valley.
