I just had a review go up about me written by Siege88.  I think whoever wrote it is just trying to get a free membership or something because he states it was a half hour call and I have not done a half hour appt in over 6 months.  I do not believe I have seen this person at all.  I have sent a message to TER and pm'd this person but when this has happened in the past I usually get no response.  Dingus, maybe you can research this a little for me?

Anyways, I do appreciate reviews but sometimes it is unfair to the provider when the review is fake or made up.  It is very frustrating.  Sometimes I just want to pull down all my reviews.

This happens to us all some times. I have 3 fake reviews on my profile and in fact one was recently.

I have submitted problem reports to TER but I have never had any pulled off my record. All 3 describes things that I either don't do or things that don't exist at my incall. Both Brooke and I had one each in Dec of 2005 from the same guy that was great scores but was so gross that I didn't want to finish reading the reviews. It was upsetting in fact to read it.

So I never got any help from TER whatsoever. I think that is almost more upsetting than the review itself. It is like they don't believe us. For me it is important that all my reviews are consistent and they are true when it comes to what I provide, because the worst is when I see someone else and they get upset because they have seen something in my reviews that it says I do, and then I don't do that, because that review was fake.

I feel with your Kara though as it is very annoying to get fake reviews.

Hi Kara...I'm jumping in here as I am planning a trip to phoenix this summer and you are definitely someone I hope to meet. SOOooo naturally I took interest in your thread. It is unfortunate that members sometime submit bogus reviews to earn time. It is something pretty hard for the Mods to regulate, and they actually have little to do with review postings [ I think ]..They are primarily responsible to monitor the discussion boards. I'm sure they will do what they can , but they are limited. As for the Dec 2007 review..Yepp, its there. But it is on another lady. And this is something I've never seen before. It follows his June review for you .  I am from DC so don't know all the players in Phoenix but looking at the ladies profile I'm not clear if she is still active. As for the date, not sure how that could happen . Kinda strange. At least he did not claim you did a bunch of kinky stuff !

More importantly, go to the future and get the winning Mega Million lottery numbers.

Heres the bigger problem for us as the providers .....when we get a fake review or one that is just nasty if we mention it on the boards it only draws attention to it  and if we try a problem report chances are we are ignored unless we  know "somebody" that has some clout so all we can do is let it ride until it is old news.....

It does happen that a review come up under a different year like in this case Dec 2007. I have seen it before, but I think eventually TER will catch it and put it under Dec 2006 as it should be there instead. This usually happens when you file a review in January when it is the next year already but you saw the lady the previous month (Dec the year before). A simple mistake by the reviewer.

you are smart also. Good job you are probably right.

We have received 9 reviews from this client, not to mention all of his reviews are from Phoenix, so the LA provider thought is possible but unlikely, I have found some clients actually review based on there experiences and do not just give an automatic high review.  We always ask our clients how they heard about us and get a TER handle as part of our screening, if Kara would have done this she would have been able to call the client and see if there was anything that he was unhappy with. I can't understand why everytime a guy gives what providers feel is an unfavorable review he has to be trying to get a free membership. We all have personal preferences, and these boards allow people to express them, Kara has enjoyed a great reputation for a long time here, just because one person didn't express he had the best time in the world, doesn't mean her reputation is tarnished, it just means someone taste didn't match everyone else's. Kara I wouldn't worry about it so much you are a beautiful woman and your other reviews out shine this one 10 to 1!
