Probably the best answer you will get is from "BeckettMA" but all you or anyone else can do is speculate ! Simple answer is just ask , but you may not get the answer you expect or it may have been something totally innocent , BUT not going to ever know unless you ask !

" Again I understand she has no obligation to me. I figured she was just relaxing and would get ahold of me the next day. Nope. When I contacted her I was told she was all booked up for the next couple of days???? "
Consider that you may be deceiving yourself about fully "getting" this business arrangement, that it is a business with the unusually structure that her time is $$$, income. And, that demand might not be steady, like say for a doctor or lawyer.
Assuming that this person might not temporarily be dealing with un unusual circumstance, like a spike in demand for her time, but rather assuming it was lack of respect for you, an indication you are not valued, removes it from business to personal.
to make it even worse, sometime people do not know how to tell someone they feel as if a relationship has evolved past a point they feel comfortable with. we are left with not usual behavior, and ensuing puzzlement with the lack of usual responses by them.
the big question is what to do next? consider that viewing what has happened steming from lack of respect for you, that you have endured living through dissapointment because you did get what you had hoped for because she lacks common courtesy as carrying a "resentment" that will alter your business relationship with her.
It might just be that you have to shuck your negative beliefs in order to enjoy your next meeting, find a way to set aside your negativety in order to clarify the situation. After all, sometimes people get over loaded, get caught up in things and just forget. when that happens, it isn't personal, just human nature.
your task is to figure out how best to discover if anything other than simple reasons has occured.
Best of Luck, and it might be possible taht your life will improve in the long run if you have a business relationshiop with more than one person?
