I have been seeing the same wonderful provider exclusively for almost 1 year now. I have been doing this long enough that I understand our relationship for what it is. However, I have always treated her with the utmost respect and she has always told me she has a great time with me.

Tried to connect up with someone I've been looking forward to meet for a while.  She reports that she got slammed with business this week.  PHX Open, I guess.  Give her a chance.

You say you understand your relationship for what it is but you are miffed that you were not on her mind for her vacation to the point that as soon as she was back the first thing on her agenda was to reach out to you to see you? I think you may be forgetting that you probably look forward to your encounters with a little more anticipation then she does. I am sure her RL keeps her plenty busy and if you want an appointment the onus is on you to schedule it. Not sit back waiting on her to contact you. You were letting the relationship slip a bit away from the professional and toward the friendly there.

Here is a better way for me to put it. For you she is the only provider you see. She probably has ten guys in the same situation. A couple of those guys just like you who had exactly the same conversation you had with her just happened to contact her first while you were waiting on her to contact you. Or, maybe you were not her first call and she would have reached out next week. All I am saying is not to forget that though she is your only you are not hers. It is just hard to say that and not have it sound negative.

You may have gotten to close, and she didn't know how to tell you . Sometimes, Clients / friends/gents.. and sometimes us providers.. "fall" . Its normal to have an emotional tie to someone your seeing often. But , how do you say your not interested or you need space ?

" Again I understand she has no obligation to me. I figured she was just relaxing and would get ahold of me the next day. Nope. When I contacted her I was told she was all booked up for the next couple of days???? "

Probably the best answer you will get is from "BeckettMA" but all you or anyone else can do is speculate ! Simple answer is just ask , but you may not get the answer you expect or it may have been something totally innocent , BUT not going to ever know unless you ask !  

I think your feelings are worth a phone call, text or an email. This is a business arrangement however, some people are leading and disingenuous. I do not recommend that you have a pity party for yourself however, If I felt like this provider did not appreciate my business, I would contact one or several of our WONDERFUL Lady's here in AZ and find a new friend.  Good luck Balljoint.

As it turned out all was well. Was I over reacting? Yes, maybe. The little head wants what the little head wants. When you find a favorite you tend to trust them and it can be disappointing when they don't meet your expectations. Obviously, that's on me. Still my ATF!!!!!!!!!!
