Your Roving Reporter has learned a group is building a new "Hobbyist Playground" that will be called Poon Village....

Details of the project have been a closely guarded secret for almost a year......the group is putting together investors for this deal and have "cloked" the project in multi layer partnerships and corportions, however Your Roving Reporter is hard at work digging thru the paperwork to discover who is behind this bold project.....

The intial plans call for a "Pooners Lounge" where you may relax with a favorite Lady and your drink of choice or enjoy a five star meal prepared by a master Chef....

We have learned there is a swimming pool and several bungalo's that are available complete with a poolside bar and topless waitress to cater to you every need....

I am told the bungalow;s are all themed and total 6 in all....rooms are also available in the main clubhouse.....

Being built in a yet to be revealed location this project has been carefully guarded and I am also told it will be a private membership only that gains access.....

Naked volleyball, topless billards, a landing strip for private planes..."is mile high az" possibly involved in this project, and multi hot tubs round out the Poon Village attraction.....

Your Roving Reporter stumbled onto this bold undertaking quite by accident after overhearing a conversation at one of the local Casinos.....

We contacted City Hall and Mayor Modprod had "no comment" on the story.....His Chief of Staff, "Mayors Mouthpiece" however led us to believe City Hall had some knowledge of this effort......but declined to elaborate
