Why isn't it allowed to post a NCNS, No reply, Cancel at the last minute, or Ghosting last minute on any provider guilty of this type of behavior? It's pretty disappointing that providers who have reviews here can get away with that type of poor TCB and waste hobbyist's time and efforts with impunity. If it can't be reported here, how are other hobbyists supposed to find out?  

I've been a long time supporter of TER and have over the years taken a lot of time to write legitimate reviews, the good, the bad and the ugly. But lately the sheer volume of ladies flaking out has been a HUGE damper on my hobbying activities because the amount of time searching reviews, contact, set appointments then just to be flaked out at the last minute has been increasingly predominant in the Phoenix area. Nothing erotic about flakes and by silencing the reviewing members, it allows the poor practices to continue without consequence.  

Not trying to control the hobby in a way that allows reviewers to abuse the system. But isn't there some way to report bad TCB other than to subject ourselves to meeting the provider then writing a negative review after? After all, isn't TER supposed to be neutral in all of this to allow an exchange of information of providers for hobbyists?

I’ve always understood that this info is exactly what TER is for. What good is a review site if we can’t share info. Negative info is still good info, if real. Mongers like me need this info to save time and try and be safe.

Exactly my point. But unfortunately management doesn't quite see it the same way. Why would it not be permissible to allow the exchange of info between us mongers and providers who we should see or not see, or not bother to waste our time with? I just don't get it.  

Aguyinak suggested to post a thread in the "reviewers only" forum. A good suggestion however flawed. What's the point in posting a thread nobody hardly reads because it's not an open forum.  

What gives TER? Why can't we post our negative experiences with unreliable providers unless an exchange of money for service occurs? Isn't it the whole idea to prevent us mongers from wasting TIME and our money on flakes and time wasters. How about this as an example: What if a provider sets up a time and you walk in to an LE trap, or get robbed? What about the TIME we spend trapped in an appointment the provider had no intention of keeping because she double books? We get robbed of our time where we could spend it better with a different provider. But TER makes no provision for reporting a ghosted appointment, last minute cancellation by the provider, no recourse for us mongers but to grit our teeth and bear the insulting disregard for our efforts and resources?  

What makes it even worse is that the inability to report misbehavior like this makes the guilty party even that much bolder to continue rather than curb their egregious behavior in how they treat clients. I'm pretty sure the ladies have some way of sending out smoke signals when there's a bad client, or flaky monger to let each other know.  

So how about it TER? What position does management take on this matter?

I understand your frustration. On occasion I’ve had them suddenly have something come up and flake out without a call etc.  I think on here it’s like anything the more you complain the less the girls want to work with you.  So thru don’t answer, or flake after they realize who it is etc.  I just never complain about being flaked on.  It doesn’t do you any good.  In fact it bites you in the ass.  Good luck for your future endeavors.  

What bites me in the ass is that in general, we as mongers are being told to stick our head in the sand, or where the sun don't shine. And let the irresponsible providers continue with business as usual. Keep in mind that I've been in the hobby a while and have seen a wide spectrum of ladies, but as a reviewing member(rather than just a lurker) I see the need to inform fellow mongers who not to waste your precious time with and who would be worth your time and money. Isn't that what TER is for?  

I'm sure the ladies would appreciate it if a client would at least communicate promptly if there was a valid reason. If the providers would return the courtesy and communicate promptly rather than ghost, or just cancel last minute, it would make hobbying much more productive, enjoyable and dare I say, EROTIC. Rather than be one disappointment after the other.  

Sure, I've had my share of wonderful ladies in PHX. Check my reviews. But when I notice a downhill trend in the hobby where the TCB of certain service providers progressively get worse, it's time to get busy, not stick my head in the sand. Providers don't have to be High Dollar Hotties to learn to be more responsive to inquiries, or to be prompt, or keep their appointments. Just plainly TAKE CARE OF BUSINESS.

My goal was to try to achieve some sort of parity between monger and provider. To give and receive the same courtesy of not wasting each other's time. And to be allowed to keep each other informed on those that do waste our time. Is that too much to ask?

Yes it is too Much to ask.   You most definitely have some pent up anger, you gotta let  it go, or you could have some health problems.   I’m in sales have been for a long time.  Did you know from time to time I get ghosted from the potential client?   I’ve had sales people ghost me too.  It happens in the real world.  
Now I counted the responses you’ve put out over 2 threads and you are more than half of them.  I’m sure you will respond to this too. You have 11 responses of 22 on the other thread regarding this and 3 of 5 on this thread.

We mongers do hear your complaint and understand it.  Everyone hears you loud and clear.  I just don’t think you are helping yourself by going on and on about it.  Fellow monger, I’m just trying to help you calm down or get over this, because this has gone on longer than you’ve been hobbying and it will continue long after you and I are retired.  

Stay strong!  Just go find you one to enjoy.  It will get better

If you paid a deposit and have a proof of it, TER might allow you to post as rip off.  

Reviews are simply not set up fo no show . But please post it on the boards . We would like to know .

Yea only way is to start a thread about them on comment on one when you see there name ,here i'll start Stephanie Miller has stood me up 3 times in a row on my trips to Phoenix  she cancels 30 mins before each app ,total waste of my time .

Cyprianna led me on for 3 days, then on the afternoon we were supposed to meet she makes me wait 10 minutes at a location, sends me to another address to pick her up a bottle then makes me wait another 20 minutes. Only to tell me when I finally get the address that we only have half an hour to play because I was late.  
CeCe told me she'd be available the next day when she finally replied a week after I sent her texts wanting to schedule. Apologizes for being out of town. Tried to contact her next day and then the next. Silence again since then.  
Sidney(Grame) replies  weeks after I sent texts inquiring. I reply to her then it takes another week or so to hear back only to be told she's laying low due to COVID.  
Taylor(480)453-4682 tells me she's available next afternoon, but didn't bother to reply when I wanted to set a time next morning.  
Lexilynn (Not Lexi Lee)tells me she's available next day. Contact her to set a time. Gave her 2 refs after she replies then  tried to text her 2 more refs. after she says she can't get in contact. Asked my referrals if they got contacted, NOTHING from Lexilynn. And one of the refs knows Lexi and exchanges refs with her. Texted several more times, no response.
Leah J just doesn't reply at all. But at least she didn't waste my time.  
MilfKelly posts on another of my threads. Asks me to look her up. I call, only to have a guy answer. I text her other number, no reply.

Dammit! It's like I'm on some kind of hobby Twilight Zone. Don't think I'm on some kind of underground blacklist of some kind with the ladies. Saw Stacy James a couple weeks ago. Had a great time. Will be seeing her again when our schedule coincide or the planets align again but she is elusively busy. I need someone else reliable on my rotation.

Providers do not want to see you. What ever the reason is, we  all marked you as "no see" already.  Use porn. Jerk off. Stop polluting the boards.

And even so, the only ones that have anything to hide are the ones that have to be concerned about their lousy TCB or flakiness. I write reviews to help other mongers find reliable pussy, I read theirs to help me. If I make friends, GREAT! If not? I'm not here to make friends. I'm here to find good reliable providers. If I find flakes, I identify them so that others won't have their time wasted. What's it to you?
