That you guys and gals live over here in a SAUNA!  It's HOT HERE!

I'm kidding.. I heard it was hot but I guess I just never imagined it being hotter at midnight here than it is in NC at 3PM!  SHEESH!

Anywho... I'm here... until Saturday anyway :)

If you'd like to get together, please drop us an email (Bob does help me with my emails and phone... *for those that don't read the contact page*)   References are a must!

Looking forward to meeting you soon!

Having lived a bit east of Greensboro for 4 years before moving out here, you must be in a state of shock.

There is a simple solution:
step 1) take off all of your clothes
step 2) jump into the nearest swimming pool
step 3) climb out and let the water evaporate until you are somewhat dry
step 4) repeat step 2 until you are cool

Of course, if you are not in a private home with it's own pool this procedure might cause some men with pacemakers to need new batteries.

Add to that no good BBQ and hush puppies.  BBQ is a whole different thing in NC.

I can get used to the heat... no worries.. I liked the suggestion of jumping in the pool nekkid!

I haven't tried the BBQ here so I can't comment on that.  I did eat at Cowboy Ciao in Old Town Scottsdale.. which was GREAT!   Neat place too!

Took a drive to Vegas, all the cacti and the mountains... BEAUTIFUL I tell ya!

Oh... you guys don't have to worry about mowing the lawn either huh?  No friggen grass here.  It's not like I can go running around barefoot here like I do at home.

What else?  The roofing.  The palm trees.. the fact that not only do you guys have the cement barriers beside the highway but you DECORATE the cement TOO!  Who does this/funds this?   I could go on and on.  I guess I just don't get out much at all.

I do love your town and thank you for having me.

I apologize again to the person that pointed out that I broke a rule.  I really didn't see this original post before posting the other one the day after.  I do indeed know the TER rules and by no means meant to break them.   Sorry Mod!  :)

Kisses,
Starr
