SInce they are so active where we know LE lurks, it is probably 90% likely they are under investigation.  If they do not break the law (offer sex for money) then they have no risk.  However, if reviews indicate such its probably 99.% likely. But no one will know for sure until arrests are made which is often 6-12+ months after they begin to investigate.  

Isn't it better to be informed about risk than just pretending there is none or low risk.  Agencies have always been prime targets in Phoenix which is why none others exist vs the good old days of  TLC, Mystic (forgot name - Jacks)  and so many other great folks that were smart enough to shut down vs those that didn't and got busted.  And of course Madam Rose RIP.

The saddest part is the gals that work for agencies that have no clue about the risk to them by mere association even if they individually do not break the law by offering sex for a fee arrangement.  This has been the fate of close to 200 great gals over the years in Phoenix.
