Why is it, I can never find a provider in North Scottsdale...??
It always seems like providers are in the west valley, east valley or Tempe. If there's a provider that would like a 2-3x's a month regular and can host in North Scottsdale, please reach out. I work from home, prefer late morning or early afternoon sessions, and could use a quick 60 minute break without a 30 minute drive each way.For years it's been like that. Apartment rents are high, could be the highest in the valley so providers go elsewhere. It's just a business decision to keep expenses. Can't blame them can you?
actually I can..... You'd think the higher end ladies would like to be near their clients for easy access. A high-end restaurant doesn't open in South Phoenix because the rent is cheaper..
With the plethora of great apartment communities up this way I'm sure a good 1 bedroom could be had for a decent price and they could make it a working studio.

Years ago I use to see a North Scottsdale provider that lived in a killer condo and she would leave the garage open for you and that's where you parked and she would close the door behind you. Talk about discreet...

I know 3 or 4 reputable providers with incalls in North Scottsdale (Shea or further North). I would suggest checking P411 as a number of them on there list incall locations as in North Scottsdale

If you can live in a nice place in N. Central or Tempe, with quick access to things and have a few hundred extra dollars in your pocket to start the month, why not? Maybe it's the heat from Scottsdale PD? Cost of doing business? I know someone who lives in S. Scottsdale that is scared to advertise due to LE.
I seem to recall there was a place advertising body rubs, etc. that was out at the Airpark that got raided recently.
I'm sure there is a really good reason that nobody is working up there, or if they do, it's seriously UTR.

I believe it is Chandler that also recently made criminal. Laws are similar in Phoenix and other cities all helped draft by the Christian group helping cites across America combat all prostitution with new laws. Phoenix has been ground zero and where the group was founded.
Try western or northwestern suburbs (glendale, peoria, sc, surprise). You live out there , plan on your 30 minute drive.
IDK, it just seems wrong that no upscale lady has decided to capture the market, especially if she has a solid reputation and a steady existing clientele.
I can't believe Scottsdale is an riskier than all the ladies working out of mid-range hotels.. I guess I'll have to start having them come to me. Although that's far from my first choice..
