As someone new to the hobby, a couple of questions have arisen as I've been reading posts and reviews the past week --

1) What constitutes an "LE check" in Arizona? I've read passing references to a "quick LE check" but for the benefit of those of us new to this area, what etiquette is generally expected?

2) The use of a second cell phone number is indicated, but my understanding is that you must show positive ID to activate any cell phone. Is that correct? If so, what must one do to circumvent this roadblock?

as for a cell phone go to walmart buy a prepaid one, net 10 is probably the cheapest.
you can activate it over the internet and they dont check anything.
they certainly cant verify your real name and id lol.
