Need some feed back

To all:
I have been a provider for 4 years in Arizona, well know and respected. Now some of you now my situation some don't. I have been put through the ropes this year. Now to find out my daughter and grandson are leaving back to New York for good. It breaks my heart to have to part, but as a mother we must let our children walk on their own 2 feet. Support and understanding is what I have to offer through the long distance relationship we will have, not to mention won't see my new grand baby being born in March. Which brings me to the point of this post. I am going to have a fund raiser to help her leave with some cash in her pockets.  Untll she and grandson get situated back East. I will be posting further inquiries on this event more towards the middle of next week. I would like some inputs on how to make this event more sucessful, as for now I have aranged BBQ. Home cook food,salads, drinks.
I also want to mention it will give me the opportunity to meet other providers and hobbist,as we can call network and I sure can use the support. Thank you all.
