I'm curious....are you part of the industry? Have you shot porn before? The legal paperwork the models fill out is pretty straightforward. If the models don't understand it they can easily ask for it to be explained to them. They are also given plenty of time to read through it before signing.
As far as "getting girls to do things they normally wouldn't"...well offer a girl more money for anal or creampie and I'm sure she would be willing to do it. I don't think I've ever worked with a porn producer that has tried to talk me into doing something I'm not comfortable doing. What aggravates me are these young girls that shoot a scene or two (usually because they are broke) and later on decide to blame everyone else (mainly the porn producer) for the fact that they shot porn. Of course it's not that innocent girls fault for signing a model release, making sure to bring two valid forms of ID to set and have sex on film. It's the bad porn producers fault for talking them into it. I call bullshit! They don't think about the repercusions of shooting porn and then when their family and/or friends find out rather than being mature and accepting responsibility they blame it on anyone other than themselves.

I don't know about that guy in particular, but unfortunately, some of them are master manipulators. Sure, some are legit, but others are pretty shady, and really good at getting girls to do things they normally wouldn't. The model release is buried in some other legalistic paperwork, "Oh, that proves that you're 18, that one so that you don't sue us if you trip on the set, you can always change your mind, etc." They might have several girls on set, one or two are plants that get straight busy, then the others feel pressured in to doing the same. My friend's sister ended doing a lot more on camera than she wanted to, and they wouldn't let her back out because she signed the release.
