2-3 providers on backpage have been asking for face pics.

Its an ad for a lawyer..They can do/say anything to try and get business. It doesn't mean its true. I wouldn't doubt it but most likely just a lawyer shill.

There have been some who have appeared legit from reviews who ask for this. No way I'd ever consider it.

If you do your research and verify the provider has reviews you can meet some great Phoenix providers.

So what's a good site to find active providers? I mostly use TER to verify providers after I have found their  ad on BP.

I agree there are a LOT of pimps and leos on there, but they certainly aren't the only people there. I've met several wonderful ladies who advertise there. They were all reviewed here, of course. Like HH said, you just have to do some research and don't call if you can't verify, just like with anything else.

It is a resource............and sometimes good entertainment.   Over the months past, I am confident that  a good number of providers who appear on the TER review pages, advertise on BP.  I recall one provider with 200+ reviews had an advertisement.  All providers need to be cross referenced with reviews, as I do on TER as well as other boards.   I grant you that there are a lot of sketchy advertisements on BP, but I have met several ladies who I have regularly seen over the years.  Cheers

if BP is just stings and pimps, why all the prejudice? no AA on like every other ad. Pimps don't want to take their $ money and the cops don't want to put them in jail? Oh really?

The stings are and have used "no black guys" on the sting ads.  So far, nobody has challenged the prosecution based on racial selective prosecution.

I'll go even further, and say BP can...let me stress that...*can*...be awesome.

LOL im black so i barely even look at BP for that reason. Ironically, when i did, I saw several girls who had no aa in their ads. I was honest with them and had some references so it worked out ok for me.
