What's the story on providers missing scheduled appointments? Not rescheduling, which I can understand, but just not keeping the appointment.
I had an afternoon appointment with a local provider. As directed, I called 1/2 hour before to confirm and get directions to her incall. There was no answer, so I left a voice mail. After no response, I left another vVM and another.
She didn't have the courtesy to let me know what happened. How unprofessional.

You would think that with the economy the way it is, there wouldn't be any missed appointments from the Lady's point of view. It's happened to me here in PHX too many times with out even a phone call later to explain. Needless to say I do not see them anymore. Either way (Lady or Gent) a missed appointment is never a good thing. Yes things change and come up out of the blue but a phone call to beg forgiveness and to reschedule is always a nice gesture. My 12 cents worth -lol-

No shows have happen to all of us one time or another.

One time I emailed a very well reviewed provider from p411 and we communicated for several days.

We set up an afternoon appointment that was 45 mins from my office.

I called her when I was on the way and she said all was good to go.

When I got to the location I called her again from Fry’s before I went in to buy some wine that I told her I’d bring. I got no answer from her. I waited around for over 30 min’s and several calls later got a message that her VM box was full.

I send her an email later in the day hoping everything was okay with her but never got a reply.

She has gotten some reviews since but I never posted anything about the wasted 2 hours I spend going to and from her location. What good would it do? But if someone was to ask me about her I would not give her recommendation. To many good girls out there that know how treat their clients.

Needlessly to say I’ll never book her again.
