If you've hobbied for any length of time, than this rant rings true.  Ladies, when Aunt Flo comes for her visit, please give us a heads up. Is it really worth the donation to piss off a hobbyist if he experiences what the op went thru?

Well I understand your trying to be nice. then Please send me a private email with this name. I have had this happen to me and yes it pisses you off when you hear "I didnt know it was time"

I think that situation is even far worse than a NSNC being pulled that wastes a persons time. Same thing has happened to me and I just give a donation or just say ok, you got me. What the hell else can you do ?

All she had to do was "think" if she just waited a little longer, then a great customer relationship could be made. Its just good business. Plan for the future.

Just to put in my $.02 in..Some guys don't mind at all..

 I realize that I'm probably  in a small minority, but there are some of us
who aren't squeamish, and as long as standard precautions are made
there no reason to not have a great time after all !

Somthing about that 'time of the month' actually gets me even
more excited, maybe it's the flood of hormones, or the extra
naughtiness of it !!  

  I do respect the majority that do deserve to either be 'told'
or rescheduled at their request ahead of time and should not be
'suprised'...

 I'm actually intrested in finding ladies who might be interested in
offering a 'monthly' special..

Thank you so very much for touching on this subject. I very recently found myself in this predicament and being a new provider, was unsure how to handle it. I had absolutely no intention of keeping my appointments but was unsure of what to say. So, with that old cliche' in mind ("honesty is the best policy") I told my clients truth. Let me just say that each one of them was completely understanding and willing to reschedule. Thank you gentlemen!
