I had mine done several years ago and mine have a very natural look and I have even had a plastic surgeon tell me they were 'real'. They are very soft, act like natural breast and look like it even though they are quit big.

The surgeon I used was the first one in AZ to do BA's and have done over 15 000 of them apparently.  He is also an artist and do sculptures and has great insight of the female body about what will look esthetically right. It doesn't cost anything to get a consultation of course and he is down around Biltmore.
