Did the reporter get this right?  Have any DD clients been arrested?  The writer may be confusing the DD bust with a recent street prostitution sweep on Van Buren or wherever.

I mean, you don't "pick up" providers who work for agencies, right?

If you watch the video under interactive from the above link it says that if someone is arrested they would have the option for that class......
