Thank you all for your excellent advice and suggestions.  I feel as though I've done all that can be done.
I didn't know, however, about the CRAP campaign, so I'm grateful for that information.  I may have panicked for no reason.  With all that's been going on over the past months, I'm probably pointlessly paranoid.

I don't know anyone else to ask, so I'm hopeful people here can help me out.
I set up something last night to meet with a Provider from CL tonight.  (Yes, I know why one should avoid CL, but it's pretty much all I have left for the type of Provider I most enjoy seeing.) I was to call her and give her directions this evening around 9, so we could meet around 10.
I went back to CL this afternoon, and I have found that all of her ads are now gone.
Is the right and smart thing to forget about it?  Am I to assume that either she has had a difficulty or that, perhaps, she has decided to change her line of work for reasons that are completely not my business?  
Or, on the other hand, am I a jerk if I promise to call her and then I don't?  I would like very much to see her, but in the current atmosphere, I don't like taking chances.  So... hobbiests and providers alike, I would value any advice you might be able to give.

Edited to add, I found she still has ads on Backpage.  They're a few weeks old, though.  I'm not sure what that means.

I know you're right.  It's just very difficult to find a provider between 18 and 25 who is in town and willing to come out to Anthem.  I finally found one on CL and then she disappeared.  Oh well... the wait continues.

First and foremost did you do your research?  
Reviews, other ad sites, google, etc.
Just because she has pulled her ads of CL doesn't necessarily mean anything.  

Bottom line is whether you go ahead and see her or not you should honor your word and at least call her, even if it is to cancel.  But make sure if you plan on going ahead that you do your research first.  
If a guy no show/no calls me even once I put him on the do not see list because it shows he has no respect for me or my time.  So at least call = and maybe even ask her why they are down.

She has no reviews, but google has her in lots of spots on backpage over about the last 6 weeks.
You're right, though.  I should call, and perhaps she'll tell me what's up. I just thought that if her ads were all down, it might be either rude or unwise to call.
I'll take your advice, and we'll see what happens.

Edited to add... I took your advice and called her.  Sounded like it went to a message machine, (there was that sort of beep) but there was no answer.  I said, "Hello," a couple of times and nothing.
I guess that's what one expects from CL.
I hope, however, that this means I did my duty by her.  I should hate to be thought of as rude.

You did your job you called her and got no answer. That answers your question move on.

I know a provider in Anthem that’s pretty good but she’s in her 30’s. I’m sure you’ll have a good time with her I did. PM me and I’ll give you her name.

...the 'flagging' campaign on CL.  

For those that don't know, all the neighborhood Kool-Aid moms get on the net while Jr and the twins are napping to flag prostitution ads and have them removed in the hopes of cleaning up their city, state, whatever.  (I call it Conservative Rightists Against Prostitution... or CRAP for short.  They call it civic duty.)

In any case, your disappearing/reappearing ads may be as benign as a gal trying to drum up some business on CL while the ol' biddies do their best to sabotage any hope of a decent client.

Just a thought from the Devil's advocate.  :)

There can be no doubt that you're right about CL.  That said, I've met a few providers there in my time who were not bad.  They were not up to the quality to which I was once accustomed, but I despair that I will never find such an experience again.
I have the uniquely difficult situation of being in a remote location and having very specific tastes in Providers. There is no doubt that there are many excellent Providers on TER, but few of them are willing to come to my location, and of those, fewer still meet my needs as far as physical traits.  
Due to this, I spend far too much time at CL hoping against hope to find someone who fits my physical requirements, provides the services I want, and is willing to travel all the way to Anthem all at a price point I can afford.  Prior to the Dark Time, I could do this easily without going anywhere NEAR CL, but that time has passed, and I am left with few alternatives.  Should someone be aware of a GFE Provider between 18 and 25 who is willing to travel to Anthem for an actual "affordable" donation (which $500 is NOT) I should be pleased to know of her.
