You might want to email davephx he appears to be giving them legal advice and claims to have spoken to the owner numerous times.  He seems to know all the criminal enterprise kingpins on a first name basis.

If I am not mistaken, that legal advice consisted of telling people to worship guns, refuse service to AA and Latino clients and to wear white robes.

I ran Dave's legal advice by a real lawyer named Jackie Chiles, because I wanted a second opinion.  The lawyer said "It's outrageous, egregious, preposterous!"
