I don't get it either.  His writeup did state that he got a BJ but sheeeesh.  Must be a pregnancy hangup thing.    But why did TER let it by when they just updated their own posting rules??   Smells fishy here.

One related note:  My understanding is that TER Staff will not address a provider's complaint about a score being lowered, even when the body of the review states what the reviewer intended.  They require the reviewer himself to write and complain (thus requiring the provider to take the awkward step of asking the reviewer to file a problem report...something she's unlikely to do unless he's a regular.)

One of the many reviews I notice like this that ticks me off when TER lowers mine and makes me request/prove that my review covered all their precious details.  "Some guys have all the luck" but I'll settle for great providers and give them honest reviews.

you are so right on! I've seen another review this week also with a 10 and the services were not offered...I sent in a question regarding the policy and the review...as of yet no answer.
