With all the fuss, and being a bit of a gambler I took one for the team.  I sent in my deposit and heard nothing further.  All emails and phone calls were ignored.  The appointment time came and went with no further correspondence.  The review posted is obviously a fake.

Please note the thread of discussion on this topic that I started on 3/13.  So far no one has admitted to actually meeting her.  None of her regular clients have posted any validation that she actually exists.

Most of us on the Phx. Board think Dolly is an absolute, 100% scam.  No one has disputed this since a posting about a week ago.
If you find out differently, please let us know.
