When i click on the evelope nothing happens now ..I do have VIP it has been several days now anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?thank you

Click on the blue box that says MAIL. It should take you into your mail files. Then you can slect the inbox ans get to your new emails.

You can click on Account Manager (at the top of the page)
then click on Edit My Profile (on the side of the page)

it will tell you the status of your account, whether you are a VIP or if you account has expired.
