have noticed in reading reviews for agencies that a lot of times the complete rate is not posted.  Although I have never used an agency myself it seems the most preferred agency is Taylor Lynn Co.  We have so many independents here that they can be a nice way to go also.  I think either way you can not lose.  Be warned some agencys the guys end up paying 8 or 9 for.  So play carefully or you will be hurting.
