27th Avenue and Camelback intersection:  a white man runs up for help to a group of citizens after being shot.  The citizens and usual people hanging around appear incompetent and I think I had to do something because it appeared I was the most sane person there.  I tell a lady walking by to get on her phone and call 911 immediately and tell them to send an ambulance.  Then I try to get the description of the shooter:  black man, thin build, 20's, going northbound on foot, but the victim was in shock and could not give any information on his clothing.  Then I was able to head out and check the side streets North and the trailer park and apartment complexes across the street and other side streets but as if on que all young black men disappeared and then later came back in an hour.  The government helicopter was I noted above so I left the area because it appeared the government was conducting a search.  I noted several stops on 27th Avenue by LE but did not know if the shooter was caught or not.  I then noted an ambulance and large truck heading off to the hospital with the victim - he had non life threatening injury so he will live but this gun violence needs stop asap.

The government needs to start stopping and frisking all young black men on 27th Avenue area asap.  It appears the shooter was either a pimp or a mentally deranged young black man.  He was cursing at the white guy for no reason then shot him which is a serious offense so hopefully he can be caught asap.  At the very least the government needs to get on foot in that intersection and increase staffing levels and stop and frisk all black men in their 20's at least.    

I don't know how it happened, but the Phoenix village idiot recently escaped and started dumbing down other boards, most particularly the Legal Board, bringing the collective IQ of that board down to about room temperature. Fortunately he was captured and returned to his natural habitat where he can do only damage on a regional basis rather than nationally.

 
We would like to thank the brave first responders who at considerable personal risk to life and limb captured this lunatic and returned him to his rightful place in the desert.
