Eyewitness News tonight at 11 had the pictures of the providers busted for prostitution at their upscale Apt complex in Irvine. They were advertising on Craigslist, however the neighbors complained to LE and the management because too many men were coming and going.Ladies,if you host in an apt complex you probably should not have too many clients coming and going as LE is very active. Internet Prostitution is on the rise and the LE is searching out the adds.Be sure and do the proper screening or you could have your pictures on the late night news for all family to see.Men,Crown Vic's back seats do not look good to me. I can certainly understand that we, as a local community, should be "in the know" about things that are going on elsewhere in hobbyland; but I've noticed that folks from other places bringing other cities bullshit to our boards....

However I don't believe this is a "chicken little" situation at all.
He is providing a warning to all to be more careful regarding their incall policies.
Neighbors can be nosy and if they see a bunch a people coming in and out of an apartment at all times of the day and night they are going to be wondering what is going on. I am sure their first thought would not be escorts but probably drugs. A possible drug house call to the police is probably going to garner more attention than a possible escort working call.

I for one like the pattern of people bringing their knowledge to our market.
If we do not know what is going on in other cities we won't know what to look for when it starts happening here.

Any knowledge is good knowledge as far as we are concerned because the more we know the safer we can keep our clients.

When we had the Superbowl her in SD we had our number of Eros ads almost double with ladies coming in to town.  I noticed a couple that I would like to see and settled on one.

Well, I guess I wasn't the only one to notice the increased web presence of ladies in SD.  I went for my scheduled appointment with a well regarged national agency lady and the office could not contact her.  It turns out that the customer before me had been LE and arrested the lady I was looking forward to meeting.

I saw the message from BJN and thought "what's new"?  This has been going on for a long time and it is happening in more places now.  However, I would be extra vigilant come Superbowl time.  There will be ladies posting ad's that will be LE and there will be men seeking dates that are LE.  While caution is common sense, a little reminder never hurt anybody.

Go back to your hole in the ground and pull the dirt in over top!

The "so what" answer is that LA is a neighbor.  Patterns develop and LE wants to shine.  Some busts are easy, many are dangerous, ... the sensational ones get notoriety.  Anybody know some LE in this area that likes publicity???

We should all be aware of what goes on and how it goes down.

I did not want to mention her by name but new she would read this and wanted her to be extra cautious. Well if you were not stalking the poor lady mabye she would have answered, your calls, and emails. You would not have to post it on the board as a threat for her to read.
There are a couple nice providers I just visited that wish you kept the drama in Cali.

The whole key to this situation was in 1) being noticed and 2) being complained about.  It had nothing to do with the internet or craigslist.

The bottom line is that if a girl is too greedy and has high traffic leading to and from her apartment, her neighbors will notice.  They'll suspect drugs or prostitution. This is not rocket science.

This happens all the time. Cops will get a complaint.  They'll send an officer out to the apartment complex to observe, perhaps from across the street, and he'll pull-over some of the johns as they leave. Eventually one will be scared enough, talk and rat the girl out.  The cops then go in and bust the girl.

But think about it, do you want that kind of traffic where YOU live?  Heck, I'd get sick of it quickly.  I like things nice and quiet.
