When TER implemented the new rules about posting ads, the guidelines for moderation of posts were changed as well. Most providers that were not already unmoderated remained moderated and all new providers were kept moderated. Most agencies were placed under moderation as well. This was done as a way for the moderators to more easily keep track of ad postings.

The guys are usually unmoderated after posting for awhile and proviing they are not complete idiots. some have proven us wrong and are put back on moderation.

This leaves a discrepency where clients can post unlimited and quick replies to posts by the ladies and agencies, while the other side has to wait to be heard.

I am going to try an experiment. This coming week, I will unmoderate all the local agencies and local providers that are consistent posters to this board. I will not be changing moderation status on any of the guys at this time. I will be keeping a very careful eye on the posts to this board. When a provider or agency gets out of line, they will get one warning and then be placed on moderated status on their next infraction.

I want all ladies and agencies that would like to be part of this experiment, to post a reply to this thread. On Monday, June 13th I will do the changes. It may take the system a while to catch up. By Wednesday everyone in the experiment will be unmoderated.

I will be advising the other moderators of this experiment. Remember, being moderated on one board means you are moderated on them all.

It should be an interesting experience.
