I have a hobbyist who did not verify with my screening, of course he flipped out and now he is full blown harassing me, with emails.

Any suggestions on how to make him go away in a politically correct manner with minimal drama? He's definitely the passive aggressive personality type.

Go into your email options and create a filter so that all of his messages are automatically sent to the trash folder. I wouldn't encourage him by communicating further.

And the genius thinks harassing you will persuade you to see him?  Most passive aggressive types are angry people, thus your best course of action is to ignore.  Without engaging, he will eventually go away.  

Agree with the post above, for your own sanity, set his email address to direct all messages to spam.

Plus there are more than a few guys in this hobby with the "how dare that whore turn me/my cash down" mentality  AND that also have the notion if they wear her down enough (be it with calls or texts or emails or some mix of the 3) that she'll give in .... not a winning combo.

You also, share in the providers section, so other providers are aware he is a jerk.
