Megan has been in the valley for quite some time as an independent, and has decided to become part of our group You'll love her!

I am in the middle of editing her pics, adding more members videos, and redesigning the entire website so I apologize for not having all her pics/vids up yet.

Here is 1 picture in the meantime however...have fun guys!

If this is because I refused to do a porno video in exchange for a website.

Honestly, a good agency would inform their ladies of the existing ladies in their area and suggest they choose something unique which cannot be confused with another reputable provider.

Dear Megan:

First of all..you are acting as if someone "stole" your name or this is some attack against you. You do NOT in ANY way own the rights to the name "megan", and to imply that you have sole claim to it is ludicrous.

Second... you made a post on TER requesting advice on a website deal. I wrote you a professional email stating that I would build you a custom flash website, pay for your pictures to be taken, pay your hosting costs for a YEAR, give you free updates, give you link credit/promotion on my site, and place you on a 75 percent rev share program with our website...and more.

You politely declined stating that you did not want your child to see you in a video like that.

My response was simple: "I completely understand...if you know of any other providers who might take interest in this offer please let me know. Also...Glenn would probably be exactly what you are looking for if you are not interested in video work."

Conclusion... NO... MEGAN did not choose her name based on the fact that you turned down an offer I made you weeks ago. People don't always like what you have to offer in ANY business...it's business.

And yes... based on the fact that one of our new girls picked a random name that happened to be yours...ALL the rumors about Adam & CO are TRUE!!

It's called business, Adam. How about if I open an agency next week names "Desert Divas"? I bet you'd shoot your load..and not to one of your home-made pornos, either.

It's fine, Megan can keep her name. It makes you look like an unprofessional business-person all over again (if I'm correct, you've been trying to escape that stigma since you appeared here in Phoenix) allowing one of your ladies to use the same name, in the same metro area as another lady. You will come to find it will do you as well as Megan #2 a disservice to have the same name as another lady in the same area.

i was trying to prevent you learning the hard way, but as usual, you know everything.

You WON'T open an agency in the state of Arizona named Desert Divas or something even similar. You know why??

Because unlike you... my business is being operated legally under the city with a full license in good standing. Additionally, the name desertdivas...desertdivas.net, and about 50 other variations of the name have all been trademarked by me.

"Megan" is not a trademarked name so from a business perspective you hold ZERO claim to it.
Also once again...I didn't pick the name, she did. Call her out and yell at her

Now let's explore some of your quotes!

1. I have never done anything to appear "unprofessional" to you or otherwise.

2. The only thing I was ever trying to "escape" was a short lived reputation early on caused by a COMPLETELY BOGUS REVIEW. The reviewer was even banned from TER and another message board for it. Once that dust cleared...(over a year ago now) Desert Divas has been welcomed openly.

Desert Divas has a positive reputation, and to say otherwise is just being spiteful.

I have NEVER met you, nor have I spoken to you.

Aside from this "megan-ized"(TM) thread, the only communication we've ever had was the email discussed in my previous post.

Megan you have got to be kidding! Someone makes you a business offer and you refuse it which is your choice. Then a young lady who wouldn't know you from a hole in the ground chooses a name that she likes. You for some reason decide it must be because you said no to a reasonable business offer and decide to personally attack Adam and the agency that he runs, very well IMHO. Adam may not know everything but I have met him and he knows quite a bit about this business and will probably be here for a long time.
Unless you plan on going to every stripclub and street corner in town and make sure that NO ONE uses the sacred name of MEGAN you might want to just leave this alone. If you can't leave it alone maybe you should post on the national board to make sure that everyone knows that if their name is Megan then they better not tour Phoenix or they will have to deal with you.
Trust me if someone is looking for Playmate Megan they will find her, probably in San Diego or LA but they will find her.

Refer to Chrissy Stone's post. Maybe that'll clarify my position.

And I'm sorry, but offering a free website, etc. to an ESCORT in exchange for a PORNO is hardly a "reasonable" business offer.

Many of us have pondered why it is that some of you think we will stop at nothing to make money. I'm not a porn star, if I were, perhaps Adam's admittedly ONE AND ONLY correspondence with me wouldn't have been so appalling. But alas, I am certain I am simply wasting breath.

No actually you again miss the point Megan. You use the Playmate name and I'm pretty sure that Playboy has that trademarked but it doesn't seem to stop you. Megan is not a trademarked name. Yes there maybe some confusion but i doubt it will be as bad as you think.
As far as Adam not making you a "reasonable" offer goes, just how do you think this whole escort/client business started in the first place?
Someone has something you want or could do something that you couldn't and you have something they want but can't seem to get any other place then you trade your skill for theirs.
They didn't try to force you into anything they just offered a trade. their service for your service. that to me seems reasonable. You said no they didn't push the issue and it was over until you brought it up again because it offended you that someone else would dare to use the name megan. not "playmate megan" but just plain old megan. Try not to be so high and mighty megan it really doesn't become you.

I'm curious though, had someone answered your query and offered you a free website with all the bells and whistles in exchange for a free session what would your answer have been?
