However he refuses to leave the Mayors office so it seems no Governor will be available...The Mayor and City Hall will function without the aid of a Governor...

I would like to take the opportunity to announce my candidacy for Mayor of PV. The following issues comprise my platform:

1. Ensuring respecful community relations. I want all PV residents to feel safe in expressing their viewpoints in this forum. I will appoint a council of community members to hear grievances brought by those who feel their right to freely express their viewpoint has been infringed upon. Of course any remarks constituting a personal attackwill not be protected by this policy.

2. I support the protection of a "free market" economy in our community. I most definitely oppose any attempt of establishing price control mechanisms of any form.

My platform will expand as I assess other relevant issues.

The Mayor appreciates the support of the  good people of Poon Valley.  However  his duties as mayor  are his  first priority.   Our great state is blessed with  a bounty of resources  .    From lush moist valleys  to majestic  peaks it is a land for all to share ...well at least for an hour or two at a  time.    Self  sufficient and self sustaining   no governor is needed.  The Mayor respectfully declines  the office of  Governor.  He will continue his  duties in the "Mayor position".... best described as    2 revolutions  in a  spoon RCG  combo pike position   with  1/2 twist.    Points will be deducted if you are not  straight with toes  pointed on entry.
