I've been wondering about this for a while? Is it sexy or skanky to have porn on during an appointment. I'm a bit hesitant to ask a new client if he wants porn playing or not when he gets there.

I for one don't mind a little porn in the background. I really think if you just asked a new client if they'd like it on it wouldn't be a problem. Set your video camera up to loop through your TV or computer monitor like they do at the electronic stores. Don't hit record but just let the picture be displayed on the monitor. Then the porn you are seeing is the live actions of the two of you together. Would be kind of like watching in a mirror with the feeling of porn. It also solves the problem of thinking about anyone else. Your attention is still with your date, and not some actor or actress on the screen.

I vote Skanky. As a guy, we don't want to feel like you have to watch some porn beforehand or during to get you into the mood. We want to feel like us being there gets you in the mood.
Conversely, if a guy chooses a provider with whom he feels the need to watch porn, they need to choose a different provider. If you choose someone you are attracted to, then create your own porno during the appointment....minus the camera's of course.
