If a private dinner event were held for this community, that ended with a talent showcase, would you attend and participate?  If so, what would you do?  (Be specific...give us the name of the song, or the style of the dance, or the objects you would juggle, etc!)

But I would love to see somebody juggle something cool like dildos or knives.  I've tried to juggle but I just don't have that hand-eye coordination needed for it.

I would attend, but as I have no talent, participation would be out of the question.

Roxanne, darling, we have never meant, but I’m familiar with your posts and I think that juggling would be a fabulous hobby for you. As might be said in this here heartland of the wild and wooly west, Sheika Fatima is a juggler from “away back”. Yessirree, pardoner, I’m a juggler from “away, way back”; much further back than I’d like to remember. Juggling does take some hand eye coordination, but more importantly it takes character, perseverance, dedication and commitment. Once you’ve learned the basics cascades and cross patterns; your muscle memory kicks in and you are dazzled by your own dexterity. Any klutz can juggle, just buy a book and read, and practice.

Now, about those dildos and knives: it’s strange that you’d mention those two items in the context of a community gathering, because, coming up with that association makes the red warning lights flash. Wow, wouldn’t Carl Jung-or old Sigmund Freud-have a field day with that one.

Now, we could go there if you’d like, but for simplicities’ sack let’s not. Suffice it to say that most people begin with tennis balls. Oh no! Oh no! Tennis balls: Did I actually say that? Did the Sheika let one slip? Why the imagery is so profound and so revealing? I can see and feel them now: furry green balls, flying ’round and ‘round in the air, as I toss them up and down, and there in the middle I see my father’s kind and gentle face…. Yessssss, I am in control, finally; after all these years, I’m in control. Oh, I feel a magnificent surge of power, and …..  Hmmmmm, sorry I got carried away…. Anyway,,,

Roxanne, sweetheart, if juggling is what you want; go out and get it, and don’t let anything or anybody get in your way.  Anything is possible in this here U.S. of A.
